Responsible for showing the rooms, taking and managing all calls, filing and completing all paper work with

tenants and correct information from tenants. Answering all questions and complaints from tenants. Setting

rent and due dates, taking rent on due dates. Handling large amounts of cash, no credit, at one time, around

1,000 to 2,000 monthly from renters. Cleaning property and rooms, enforcing all rules given, and dealing with

any complaints in a professional manner. Was a full time job, I lived on the property.

MG Building Materials - Pleasanton, TX - September 2011 to March 2012

Responsible for all customer transactions in checking out materials, filing correct paper for yard materials,

answering and transferring phones calls to appropriate people. Dealing with customer complaints and following

the chain of command for solving the problem. Cleaning surrounding area, dealt with cash, check, and

credit, including customer farm and business account credits. Filing yard paper work and placing in office for

managers. Worked part-time, over time for call-ins, and worked holidays.

Restaurant and Bar Server/Hostess/Kitchen/QA/ToGo

Chili's Bar and Restaurant - Pleasanton, TX - October 2008 to August 2011

Responsible for all customers. Greeting, seating, and taking their orders as well as checking ID for any alcoholic

beverages. Dealing with complaints and using the correct chain of command to solve the problem. As a QA,

I was responsible for the quality and quantity of the served food to our customers, and the correct time to get

their food to them. ToGo I dealt with all phone calls, for the office, and for ToGo orders, while dealing with in

coming customers and being my own QA for ToGo, preparing the food in the bags to hand out to customers,

dealing with all and any complaints, solving before necessary use of the chain of command. As a server or

ToGo prepper, I dealt with large amounts of money constantly, averaging nearly 200-400 hundred a night as

a server and keeping the ToGo drawer at 200 hundred a night. As a hostess I would greet and seat, and

sometimes on busy nights, even take a few tables, also, responsible for cleaning the tables before seating any

customers. Proper appearance was always a must. Full Time Job.

Care Taker

As a care-taker of the elderly, I was responsible for bathing, feeding, cleaning, brushing teeth, brushing hair,

transferring patients from bed to table and back, running any errands, light house cleaning, washing clothes,

and medication reminders. The best part of the job was being there for the patient, giving them unconditional

attention and love. I dealt with patients who had come out of surgery, therapy, and end-of life care. One of the

best jobs I had, personally. Kept a constant record of daily tasks done with patient, medication records of taken

and any re-fills needed, and any changes in patient status. CPR certified, kept in constant with family and

Visiting Angel's business throughout the weekend stays I did. PRN (as needed) job, but rewarding every time.

Movie Gallery - Pleasanton, TX - June 2008 to August 2008

Responsible for checking out movies for all customers, making phone calls for missed or late dues, and

reminders of movies on hold. Promoting all upcoming movies to customers and sending out any fliers for

monthly movie and game deals. Setting up contact and contract information for opening an account with the

business as well as calling customers to update accounts and charges on account. Was in deal to be an

Assistant Manager, but they went out of business nationally. Part Time job.

Dairy Queen - Pleasanton, TX - August 2006 to May 2008

Responsible for all customers orders, requests, and complaints using proper chain of command when

necessary. As cashier, I dealt with large amounts of money, cash, credit, and checks. Worked as the front

cashier, and drive thru cashier, responsible for making drinks and desert treats while setting cooked food

in correct order and taking to customer. As a cook, responsible for cleanliness of kitchen and back stock

rooms and freezers/fridges, cleaning the grills and cooking the food with sanitary techniques. Leader of kitchen

enforces all correct clothing wear, shoe wear, and safety procedures. Part Time while in High School.
