Reviewed all outgoing quotations from customer service department to dealer core

Reviewed all incoming purchase orders from dealer core for accuracy based on quotation provided

• Developed “Procedure Manual” and “5S” System for the company by department, starting with Customer Service Department to the Shipping Department. Each department’s procedures and performances were reviewed; corrective measures were taken to improve overall quality requirements.
