Project Description:
Ernst&young, in the roadmap for the 2015, are overhauling their legacy
systems for the Auditing research tools called the GAAIT and ID to the new
Research Tool for the future. Auditors of EY are the target audience for
the tool. The tool will have an Online, Offline and Personal editions. The
UI is developed with javascripts with the Backbone/Marionette libraries and
content flows from the CMS and we are using the workflow and WCF services
to publish the contents.
The team followed the Agile-SCRUM methodology for the development
process and also employed Daikibo/ Kanbon principles. I was mainly involved
in the design discussions and prototype development for all concepts.

Project Description:
NetApp is the market leader in storage devices. One of the teams at NetApp,
Strategic Business Insight and Analytics (SBIA), is entitled with
generating several reports for the inventory management, supply logistics,
demand reports and maintenance reports. SBIA wanted to have a web portal to
showcase their work to the others within NetApp. The requirement was to
have a light-weight website which would be easy to maintain and where in
the members can upload documents, share discussions, report issues in the
reports, update contents and publish schedule calendars and much more.
The natural choice of development platform was a Content management tool
and they decided on DotNetNuke. My responsibilities here are to setup the
infrastructure, gather requirements, develop custom controls using Asp.net
and C#, Configure dotnetNuke per requirement and Unit test and deploy the
application.

developed to perform the afore mentioned duties and show reports along with

Project Description
The nationalifegroup, originally, had a website built in classic ASP and
they had other several applications developed in various languages. They
wanted to have all the applications under one roof and migrated to the
asp.net and related technologies.
The Web Initiative vision was to create a unified web site that will
serve NLG's producers as part of Day 1 initiative & in later phases shall
extend to its policy holders, and associates. As part of this initiative,
the field-facing websites were analyzed from a user experience stand point
and integrated functionally under a common landing page. This focus of this
activity was to eliminate multiple access ids and multiple portals for
different roles by leveraging 'nationallifegroup.com' as a single
destination for all users with single sign-on. The initiative also aimed at
providing smart web reporting with Web Analytics and Metrics. We employed
the SAPs Business objects to generate various reports to summarize the
agents' performance. We employed Ektron for Content management and SQL 2005
and IBM DB2 was the data store.

In Microsoft Technologies vision to creating Virtual Labs for online
trainings and certifications, Windows 7 certifications for system admins
was designed. The Powershell scripts were leveraged to evaluate candidate
performed task in the Emulation based exams on Windows 7 Operating system.
The Howler application injects the powershell scripts into the virtual
machine and would kick-start the execution of a sequence of powershell
scripts which would score the tasks.

Project Description
The objective of creating this application was to provide Microsoft with a
powerful interactive tool to impart knowledge through interactive games.
This also included the XSLT transformation for easily printable versions of
the interactive games and lessons. The games and lessons were very simple
to understand for the children but involved good amount of logic and
effective challenges. I replaced a third party zipping tool with a .net
provided library. Converted the Single SCO UI to the new Viewer style UI;
this part involved working with the style sheets and the addition of
