implementation (sites in U.S. and Mexico) making use of the
application's configure-to-order capability to reduce the order-

. DSRP: developed and implemented a unique, ERP-like
application using the DSRP Requirements Planning product.
. DSW: used this Forecasting Management tool to establish a
demand management discipline at a fast-paced, inventory-
turn sensitive company then transferred that knowledge and
experience to Kaydon where I introduced applicable concepts
and solutions to this mixed mode company (make-to-stock,
make-to-order and engineer-to-order).
. Sales & Operations Achievements:
o Developed, designed and maintained two major S&OP
Implementations
o Have a working knowledge of both Demand Planning and Supply
Planning methods and understand their interaction.
o As the Director of Materials & Distribution, I chaired monthly
S&OP Meetings that brought Sales Plans, Operations Plans and
