analyze and review budget and expenses; assure timely delivery of all
monthly reports and funding requests
. Cost Savings: Instrumental in reducing energy costs and saving hundreds
of thousands of dollars through procurement of energy efficient equipment
including condensing natural gas boilers, chiller water systems and hot
water boilers; held meetings with county and state reps to convey both
the savings and importance of these purchases
