Hotel Indigo is a 200 room, 40 million dollar facility. I conduct walk-throughs and visually assess the safe and efficient

maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the facility, all mechanical, elect rical, HVAC systems and any

other related equipment, verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms,

outlets, back of the house spaces, kitchen, and grounds. In direct charge of 10 full and part time engineers, 6 lifeguards

and 5 pool deck personell. Verify completion of all repairs, replacement, and renovation projects to offices and employee

work areas. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining department staff and all other staff under

direction of the Engineering Department. Adhere to all corporate-required purchasing policies and controls, including,

but not limited to, all outside contractor bids, budgets, and schedules.

July 1999 - November 2007 Boston Housing Authority Boston, Mass.

Work was derived from work orders, from which I had to prioritize calls, while maintaining steam plant operations and

maintenance that provided heat and hot water for all of the tenants of the Charlestown Development of Boston Housing

Authority. The campus was the largest development in the Boston Housing Authority system. It was 1,251 units, 5

boilerrooms, on 22 acres. I also covered emergency night/weekend service. Responsibities also included direct charge of

7 Journeyman pipefitters, repair and replacement of all piping not up to HUD standards, in order to flip apartments in a

timely manner.

Oversaw day-to-day operations of the engineering department in direct charge of 6 full and part time engineers.

Operation, maintenance and state-mandated seasonal inspection breakdown of high-pressure steam boilers. Repair or

replacement of inoperable piping, valve, steam traps, pumps, etc. Daily chemical testing and pH correction of feed water
