other related equipment, verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms,
outlets, back of the house spaces, kitchen, and grounds. In direct charge of 10 full and part time engineers, 6 lifeguards
and 5 pool deck personell. Verify completion of all repairs, replacement, and renovation projects to offices and employee
work areas. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining department staff and all other staff under
direction of the Engineering Department. Adhere to all corporate-required purchasing policies and controls, including,

Work was derived from work orders, from which I had to prioritize calls, while maintaining steam plant operations and
maintenance that provided heat and hot water for all of the tenants of the Charlestown Development of Boston Housing
Authority. The campus was the largest development in the Boston Housing Authority system. It was 1,251 units, 5
boilerrooms, on 22 acres. I also covered emergency night/weekend service. Responsibities also included direct charge of
7 Journeyman pipefitters, repair and replacement of all piping not up to HUD standards, in order to flip apartments in a
timely manner.
