1) Asphalt Laboratory : Full testing, proficient in operating & mix design,

a) SP 1:

DSR, BBR, RTFO, PAV, Penetration, S P, R V

b) SP 2:

Core cutting, Binder extraction (solvent, using ignition oven), HMA sample gradation, Pba,

Gmm, Gmb, Va, VMA, VFB, Gsb, Gsa, Gse, Dp, SGC Compaction.

c) Emulsion:

Vaccuum distillation, Saybolt furol Viscosity, residue on evaporation.

d) Marshall Method

Stability, flow, stiffness

2) Concrete :

Temperature, Slump, Flexural beam testing, Chloride migration, Cube casting & crushing for

density

3) Soil :

Field Density Test, LL, PI, PL, MDD/OMC, Grading, CBR, Sand equivalent

4) Aggregates:

Grading, LAV, AIV, Specific gravity, flakiness & Elongation

Supervising, training and leading a team of technicians to accomplish the

objectives of the project by fulfilling all QC protocols and specifications.
