Regularly conducting contractors and Architects meet to enhance the brand image of the product.

Channel Management

Identify & network with dealers/ retailers, resulting in market penetration & reach as evaluating performance &

monitoring their sales and marketing activities.

Managing of planning over 80 dealers& 2 cnf.

Setting up area wise dedicated channel network for effectively accomplishing targets.

Attaching retailers with the dealers for enhanced sales and revenue generation.

Organizing dealers meet and retailers meets at regular periods to enhance our brand awareness.

Heading various distribution related functions and monitor the performance of channel network as well as payment
