Clean-up/Ops Assistant Line Leader- Reports directly to Line Leader. Responsibilities include preparing materials (supplies) for employees to use. Training new employees on the duties and responsibilities of how to properly clean Gamco chillers adn various other machines and belts in section. Acts as a fill-in person as needed. Checks machines and belts to ensure they are throughly clean and ready to be inspected by USDA inspector prior to morning operations.

On-Site Technical Lead/Day-Shift Supervisor – Acts as the on-site manager for MBI employees located at the Pentagon and Navy Annex. I was responsible for all administrative duties for on-site employees including sign timesheets, training new employees and acts as the liaison between SRA and MBI. As the day shift supervisor I was responsible for monitoring incoming email request, creating and assigning incident request to technicians. Other duties included making sure that incidents were resolved within the time frame stated in the Service Level Agreement and handling all issues with upset customers.
