Perform Time & Motion Studies to identify value added (VA) & non value

added (NVA) activities.

Write labor standards, carry out manpower calculations & implement the

incentives for CIPP plan.

Eliminated around 3000sqft of kit staging near docks in one of the

Kaizen events & made process efficient.

Run BOM from SAP and Work Planner to evaluate the parts list on MS

Excel and MS Access.

Draft plant assembly & staging area layouts on AutoCAD &

create work orders to implement them.

Support Internal Material Logistics team in keeping track of parts on

docks and on assembly lines.

Perform material flow analysis of Single & Multiple point of use
