following bases; FT Irwin, Ft, Hunter Liggett, Presidio CA, FT. Huachuca, Yuma Proving

Grounds, Dugway Proving Grounds.

Provide support to the units before, during and after the fielding of GCSS-ARMY.

ordering, turn-ins and lateral transfers of property are completed IAW AR 710-2-1/ AR 735-5.

Monitor all sub hand receipted property every thirty days for proper accountability. Preformed

the same duties as Property book Officer concerning the accountability of HARRIS property.

Performing Sensitive, Cyclic inventories monthly and working hand and hand on any

all maintenance for 16 UH-60L Blackhawk’s and 4 CH-47D Chinooks as ULLS-A administrator

and SAMS-E operator for Production Control Office. I ran the ULLS-A system for this one year

contract. Led Directorate of Logistics (DOL) planning and coordination for logistics operations,

logistics management, program development and mobilization and contingency planning

Developed recommendations regarding directorate and installation positions through expert

assimilation and analysis of relevant data. Acted as Fleet management specialist in area of

logistics system management and policies/procedures with responsibility for integrating supply

and maintenance functions Performed additional role as Installation Materiel Management

Mission in support of over 100 units and associated property worth over $500M. Managed

records for all leased, loaned and borrowed equipment and all equipment transferred to and from

the Property Book. Developed and supervised the facility property management program for

Army Field Support Brigade Southwest Asia, TQ/Balad. Accurately accounted for all non-

expendable property using the Property Book Unit Supply System Enhanced (PBUSE). Ensured

legitimate authorization and processing of all requisitions for the purchase of equipment,

personal property and supplies. Personally operated the PBUSE system during this time.

Installation Property Book Officer. Supervise a staff of 5 employees ensuring the data inputted

into the SPBS-R automated property book system was accurate. Generated suspense document

number in SPBS-R for all FOO requests initiated for units needing to purchase property. Ensured

all property purchased was added to unit commanders GFE hand receipt.

Performed monthly accountability of all unit hand receipts ensuring units were accountable for

the equipment purchased in a war zone.

Supply Technician Lead/ Property Book Officer

Logistical representative for 1/228th Aviation supporting the $200M ISS mission at Apiay Air

Base in Colombia. Managed ASL exceeding 3, 000 line items. Served as the Property Book

Officer which I oversaw closure of 16 th CEC US Army Depot and coordinated documentation

and transportation of 15,000 property items to global destination. Supervised and restocked a

PLL inventory of 3,000 line items for the Production Control section. Provided support for

maintenance mission by requisitioning all required spare parts. Oversaw ASL review board

studies for supply control/materiel planning and multi-year requirements. During this tenure I

operated the SARRSS-1 system updating asset adjustments, decreases in accountability,
