I am a reliable, hard working college leaver with knowledge of Health and Social Care Level 2, with

some practical work experience which I did during school and college. I am very good at time

keeping and always up for new challenges.

Work Experience

During school I did a 2 week work experience at Lewis’s café in Lancaster, my duties included,

cleaning tables, helping customers to carry food and drinks to there table, making hot and cold drinks,

and also working on the till area.

I also did a placement during school at Dolphin Lee Residential Home, I did this one morning a week.

My duties included, helping the elderly with there breakfast, communicating with the elderly and I

also played games with the elderly.

During College I did a work placement at Christ Church Primary School, I did this one day a week for

6 weeks, this was to help me complete my health and social level 2 course. During my placement my

duties where to help the children with there work and help them understand there work, and I took

small groups of four out off class to play maths and English games with them and this helped me to

get to know the children.

1st caller at Save and Claim: June 2013-July 2013: My duties where to ring up customers and to help

them see if they could claim back any PPI, if they could I would then transfer the call to my advisor

who would help the customers make there claim.

Community Care Assistant-Care Watch Care Services: July 2013-November 2013. My duties for this

job was to assist the service to wash/bath/shower in a morning and help them get dressed, I would

then prepare the service users breakfast and make the service a hot or cold drink and assist the service

users with there medication, I also prepared the service meals such as dinner and tea, and assist the

service users to help get changed for bed and assist them into bed. I also helped to change the service

user’s pads, and also do some cleaning in the service user’s home.
