Troubleshoot and rectify electrical problems during

production in assigned shops.

Inspect and Install Power and Control electrical

equipments in different Machines working in Shops.

Maintain daily logbook and records.

Preventive maintenance and Spares Planning.

Managing Work-Force according to planned scheduled

of Maintenance.

Transmission and distribution systems of assigned

Shops.

Check safety of operating conditions for working on

electrical equipment and distribution systems of all

voltages e.g. 11kV/3.3kV/500/380/220v.

Perform emergency repairs such as isolating live

wires.

Joint overhead and underground cables.

Splice conductors, insulate splices and connect

cable sheathing.

Test performance of installed cables and check

insulation of cable.

Troubleshoot primary and secondary cables.

Install and remove meters installed on Machines for

energy consumption.

Perform transmission, distribution, and substation

line switching, sectionalizing and fusing on a

routine and emergency basis.

Assist in conducting voltage and load surveys.

Inspect new erection works in assigned shops.

Designing, Installing and testing new control panels

of new erected machines in Shops.
