Ensuring that temporary employees understand safety, quality, company policies and procedures. Oversee
that the employees have everything they need to do their job as required by the customer. Preparing them to
become a team oriented full time employee at MOBIS.
Responsible for ensuring that all of the MAU team members adhere to Mobis' policies and procedures.
Responsible for promoting team work, understanding of quality standards and productive team members to
become full time Mobis employees.
Responsible for conducting survey's to new Team Members to ensure that they are being trained correctly,
know the attendance policy, to make sure they have the correct equipment and materials they need to do their

up additional floor space.

faster and more efficient.
* Eliminated 3rd shift because of production improvements.
