Ensuring that temporary employees understand safety, quality, company policies and procedures. Oversee

that the employees have everything they need to do their job as required by the customer. Preparing them to

become a team oriented full time employee at MOBIS.

Responsible for ensuring that all of the MAU team members adhere to Mobis' policies and procedures.

become full time Mobis employees.

* Increased productivity from 115% to 193% in 6 months.

* Increased On- Time delivery from 80% to 95%.

* Reduced floor space 25% by rearranging module layouts. Added two more assembly lines without taking

up additional floor space.

* Increased Employee Moral by listening to their concerns and to their suggestions to make their job better,

faster and more efficient.

* Eliminated 3rd shift because of production improvements.

* Trained employees regarding new product business awarded to Guardian.
