Security Complex
Supporting the Uranium Processing Facility Project (UPF). The Uranium UPF
is the Department of Energy's single largest capital investment in
Tennessee since World War II and the National Nuclear Security
Administration's largest-ever construction project.
Provided industrial safety support for $15M American Reinvestment and
Recovery Act (ARRA) project involving removal of excess legacy materials
from a former nuclear weapon production facility. Integrated proactive
industrial safety programs with parallel health and safety programs such as
radiological controls, industrial hygiene, beryllium worker and fire
protection. Active DOE "Q" clearance. 2009-Present.
Safety Engineer-United States Enrichment Corporation Inc.
Provided Industrial Safety support to the American Centrifuge Plant (ACP).
