Responsible for management of all projects related to configuration and development changes within the
SAP system including upgrades to new enhancements packages and implementation of new modules.
Managed and coordinated all change management and testing of configuration and development changes
within SAP system. Represented IT department on Corporate initiative project teams, including: new
product launch, New Hire Orientation improvement, Community Service Committee, Safety Team, Business
Development Team.
• Led SAP WM (Warehouse Management) module implementation for new facility; project completed
on time and on budget.
• Managed project to ensure order accuracy via implementation of new UPS software.
