• I make sure all stakeholders are involved in the requirement and system testing with complete

stakeholder buy-ins, that testing encompasses all system requirements.

• It is my responsibility to ensure that Project Issues, budgets, milestones, resources, etc are

recorded, base-lined, and tracked.

• Assist Project Managers and teams in developing project plans and work breakdowns, meet with

business personnel to develop comprehensive business requirements, process flow diagrams,

5. Oversee prequalification exercises and the entire bidding process, including invitation to

tender, analysis of submissions using various benchmarks, and recommendation for award of

contracts.

1. Coordinate project design and preparation of working drawings (blue prints). Take-off

completely and prepare project Bill of Quantities as part of the entire project bidding documents.

2. Regularly embark on site inspection to monitor project quality and progress, prepare progress

reports and interim payment certificates for main and sub-contractors. Also recommend

certificate for interim payments.

3. Conduct project progress meetings on/off site and manage the permitting and approval phases

of the developmental process and ensures all proper approvals have been received.

4. Develop a build –up rates for both Labor and Materials of the various construction components

for cost estimation purposes. Conduct market research to capture current material prices for

estimation towards total cost of project.
