. Program Manager currently supporting the Veterans Relationship

Management Portfolio Coordination and Monitoring contract as the Voice

Access Modernization (VAM) workstream Program Manager directing a

staff of ten individuals in providing project management support

services to multiple enterprise voice projects for the Veterans

Administration.

. Program Manager supporting the Health Resource Center (HRC) Call

Center Solution; the Debt Management Center (DMC) Call Center

Solution, and, the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Interactive

Voice Response (IVR) VBA-IVR, projects exceeding $15M in development.

Capitol Visitor Center. Provided staff orientation training, customer

service training, and the training for the Congressional Historical

Interpretive Program (CHIP), the tour training program that certified

Project Manager responsible for building federal agency customer

relationships within the Human Capital and Learning Services division

o Project budget in excess of $2 M including add-on work secured

throughout project

. Led the analysis and design of the digital learning environment- this

included the evaluation and benchmarking of four core areas: training

processes, content/curricula, integrated e-learning infrastructure, and

training governance

. Led the implementation of the new learning approaches and transition to

new processes, tools (including a new digital repository, proposed

content management system, content design and development process,

incorporation of e-learning and authoring tools), and content development

methods

o Designing with reuse in mind to make it easier for the client to

create customized solutions with measurable client impact

o Implemented a meta-data model using Shareable Content Object Reuse

Model (SCORM) expertise to enable the delivery of content in

discrete "chunks" or units and reduce the hours required to produce

National Guard Bureau Distributive Training Technology Program (DTTP),

Enterprise Transformation, Deputy Project Manager

Served as Deputy Project Manager for Business Operations responsible for

budget planning and management of an annual budget exceeding 22 million

dollars and a staff of 100+ geographically dispersed, cross-firm experts in

the functional areas of Finance, Communications and Outreach, Knowledge

Integration, Courseware, Training Development, Training Delivery, Shared

Use, State Operations Support, and Certification. Key aspects of this

support include the following:

. Established the requirements for and implementation of an e-Commerce

solution to support the collection and processing of funds generated
