Coordinated and supervised the daily and weekly activities that occur within the production area for the Exel Sekisui site
(polyvinyl alcohol) which consists of four production lines, two grinding systems and production capacity of over 1 million
pounds per day; provided leadership, motivation, training and development to a workforce of more than 40 personnel that
work rotating shifts on a 24/7 basis; executed against customer and site requirements; ensure d the safe operation of one
switch engine and more than 60 railcars, one yard tractor and eight hopper trailers and a fleet of more than 10 fork trucks;
participated in continuous improvement activities as part of the site management team and ensure d company policies and
procedures were followed and that the site maintained a positive work culture.

consisting of 23,000 soldiers. Advised the Division leadership on all human resource support and tasks. Provide d
counseling and technical guidance on all Army and local policy related to human resource critical task s as well as
administrative planning and operations to subordinate units across Fort Campbell. Acted as a conduit for human
resources policy information between Fort Campbell and higher headquarters to include Forces Command and
Department of the Army. Managed 25 soldiers and civilians in day to day customer service and operations.
Training and Development Manager, U.S. Army, Fort Campbell, KY March 2007 to April 2010
Company First Sergeant - Managed and supervised 177 soldiers while serving as the First Sergeant in a Human
Resource Company (HR Co) that provided HR support to a logistics brigade; ensured fair and consistent training and
disciplinary standards were used to develop unit cohesion and readiness. Advised the Commander on all functions and
served as the senior trainer for the unit and manager of the unit’s evaluation program. Responsible for ensuring the
upkeep and maintenance of all unit facilities and management of the Commander’s Supply Discipline Program . Served
