Customer Comments from The Square Private Members Club –
(Feedback from weddings/events I managed in 2012)
‘Thank you so much for your time and enthusiasm - you set the bar of what we'd hope for from someone
planning our wedding.’
‘The process before the day was great - we felt as though we were well informed of what was going to
happen and you and your team answered our questions promptly.
We were both concerned how the day would piece together but it couldn't have gone any better! I don't
think you could have done any more to put our minds at rest it's just I can be a bit of a control freak and
probably have a bit of OCD! Massive thank-you for making our day AMAZING!’
‘Just to say that I thought you were extremely helpful and organised. You had loads of brilliant ideas and
advice and made it all so easy. Thank you again!’
‘I just wanted to say we have been so pleased with everything so far you have all made it so easy and
really relaxed- nothing has been too much trouble so thank you!’
‘As I said to you last night nothing was too much trouble for you. Everyone's request was dealt with
smoothly and efficiently - you didn't say no to anyone! I saw some people wanted to change their choices
and you were more than happy to do this. You were also professional and friendly at all times, which given
the large amount of noisy and no doubt demanding guests was no mean feat! You did an amazing job last
night and clearly worked your socks off!’
‘I write to thank you very much for all your great support and most valuable help to make Stella's
birthday party a success. The place looked beautiful! And that was down mostly to your help!
You are a great asset to The Square Club!’
‘Thank you for replying so promptly to all my emails, it is so refreshing to find someone that bothers to
answer all the niggling little queries I have, it is much appreciated.’
‘We have decided against booking our wedding with the square as we will need somewhere bigger I’m
afraid. Thank you so much however for taking the time to see us. We both felt you are great and almost
sold it to us on the spot, the square is lucky to have you!
