CAREER OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY

I have been an IT professional within the industry for the past 10

years. Throughout my employment I have worked for various large

corporations, those being Regis Aged Care (5,000 employees), Pitcher

Partners, Monash\ Swinburne University and Toshiba Australia.

What I can bring to this position is a vast amount of experience, a

combination of team leadership, project management and excellent planning

skills. I am a confident communicator with both internal and external

stakeholders and believe that I have strong interpersonal and analytical

skills, as well as thriving on social interaction and customer

satisfaction. I am a hard working individual that also enjoys a laugh, and

can offer an outstanding ability to succeed in a busy environment whilst

maintaining a high level of quality service delivery and am very

comfortable working as part of a team or independently.

Responsibilities include:

. Development of IT procedures for the business (IT Team and Sales team)

. Lead the Desktop team, which provide support to 120 users at Head Office

and over 1000 Windows users across 47 sites Australia wide, connecting

by Citrix Xen-Apps.

. Provided face to face support to internal staff, as well as phone and

remote access support to interstate staff Australia wide by using Team

viewer.

. Manage, support and administer all IP Telephony VOIP services within the

- Introduced and managed a quick and effective WebSMS communication system
