I am the receptionist in a high paced environment working
with the
Tullahoma regional airport with Tennessee Skydiving. I
check all paper
work to make sure everything is up to date. I receive

transactions through cash and credit. I walk guests out
across runways to watch as there friends and family come
down on there parachutes. I listen for radio calls and
contact pilots as needed. I file paper work daily and money
counts daily. I close the business as needed ensuring
everything is safe and securely locked. I work with

best service possible.

I started as a table worker in June of 2011. This consisted
of fulfilling orders, packing and then shipping them. I was
promoted to customer service/receptionist in November of
2011. This consisted of operating the switchboard, filing,
running daily reports, and helping customers find the best
product for their clients. I work with customers and
management to find resolutions for problems that arise that
will benefit both the customer and the company. I work up
orders from customers and enter them into the Profit Maker
system. I also work with management on special projects as
needed.
