Supervising team members and conduct training to improve technical ability.

Breakdown maintenance, PM Scheduling, 5S & KAIEN activities.

Root cause analysis & providing counter measures for repeated problems.

Implementing predictive maintenance plan for plant equipments as per schedule.

Performing necessary modifications to improve equipment efficiency and performance.

To improve machine performance so as to achieve high rate of quality standards.

Critical spare parts planning, improving inventory control, optimising resources utilization.

Technical Skills:

• Troubleshooting in packing machine, like Timing and Setting

• Troubleshooting knowledge of pneumatic controls

• Maintenance of flex link conveyors and gear driven systems
