annually.

Responsible Officer, oversaw quality control and accountability of $196 million

f uels/cryogenic account. 100% reconciled, zero losses.

Managed operational readiness of four fuels complexes and 36 refueling units valued at

2009-2011 M anager,Theater Fuels Operations/Contingency Plans, Ramstein

Employed United States Air Forces in Europe’s 477 fuels personnel and 554 mobility

assets. Conducted airfield surveys, assessed fuel capabilities and negotiated fuel

support at military and commercial airfields throughout Europe and Africa, sustained

a ircraft beddown plans.

Coordinated delivery, testing, and sourcing of 150K gallons of fuel for multiple

P residential visits to the European and African continents resulting in successful

summit.

Drafted “Operation Odyssey Dawn” fuel support plan, enabled 153 aircraft to fly 2.1K

sorties from six forward operating bases, supporting the destruction of Libyan defenses.

Hand-selected to augment United States Forces in Europe Inspector General Inspection

team, conducted on-site inspections at two European bases, ensured compliance with

federal, foreign government, state, and local regulations.

corrosion control programs, extending the serviceability of the f leet.
