Worked in Power plant as an instrument engineer and my role was:-

• To carry out preventive, proactive and periodic maintenance of field instruments in

power plant (boiler 70TPH, turbine 30 MW) in which HART & SMART transmitters,

transmitters, various sensors, various type of control valves and other field

instruments.

• To take care of DCS (Distributed control system) make ABB (AC800xA) with 200 I/O’s,

analog input output for the controlling of various field equipment’s like control valves,

sensors.

• To take care of ABB QCS system Aqurray. Good knowledge of electrical and

electronics circuit, and work on them in field.

• Work on all ABB, Honeywell makes I/O’s cards, and knowledge of circuits to work with

them and calibrate them to field instruments.

Project:I was actively involved in erection and commissioning of Head box (VOITH) my role was:

• Calibration of field instruments.

• Supervise the erection, installation of field instrument and impulse line.

• Lying of cable tray and cable.

• JB mounting and termination of cable in JB and Marshaling panel and Loop checking.
