a quality finish on the completed product line, developed through
advanced troubleshooting and problem solving strategies surrounding

the following: Film measurement (elcometer, pelt), gloss, orange peel,
doi, measurements (Autospect), dirt analysis, color analysis (visual, and
x-rite), and defect focus including crater analysis issues, mar issues,
and personal concerns affecting quality.

SPC, ISO mandates, and certifications, and continued focus on development
