PHEV fleet (interfacing with utility customers and local dealers to identify root cause and

- Perform scheduled tear down of HEV PHEV and BEV HV battery and charging
systems.
- Test and repair or replace vehicle wire harnesses including high voltage applications
- Manage Prototype fleet of 21 DOE Escape Plug-in hybrids which includes technical
support to participating dealers, parts support and repairs of any high voltage issues as
well as any other repairs required.

- Organize monthly meetings with DOE, Utility partners and Engineering staff to discuss
any vehicle issues or concerns
- Monitor CAN data using DAP system (onboard data collection) to monitor and
diagnose any vehicle concerns or failures.
