running theme – is an enjoyment for developing systems and processes to gain greater efficiency and support

Aircraft Advanced Targeting Pods, Program Manager: Led Joint 40-person unit for development, acquisition, and sustainment of

product to multiple end-users. Fulfilled urgent & compelling wartime needs in support of combat troops in Iraq/Afghanistan .

Managed major contract valued at ~$1B for 5 Major Government End-Users

Towed Decoy Flight Testing, Program Manager : Test and Evaluation, Contracting Responsibility - Worked Directly with the

customer from concept design to field use. Coordinated joint program to ensure customer satisfaction across services.
