Title: STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OFAGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION ON

INDIAN ECONOMY

The basic aims of this project work is:

To statistically analyze Agricultural data on area production and yield

relevant to various types of crops, food grains, vegetablels, oil seeds and

other crops collected from 2000-09.

Fitting various Statistical models for the collected data and to test for

its validity through a test data.

To obtain predictions using various forecasting methods and the impact of

Agricultural production on Indian Economy for the year 2011.

To identify factors which require a careful consideration in the coming

12th five year plan.

Duration: Four months-Jan 2012.

Achievements:

Best out gone student of the batch 2010-2012 in Sri Krishna Devaraya

University.

Attended an essay writing for national statistics day in June, 2008.
