Objective
Seeking entry level position to enhance my skills by gaining more practical knowledge and complete
the projects with utmost responsibility.
Certifications
Certified Associate of AutoCAD 2012 from AutoDesk
Certified Advanced Professional Course in Mechanical Design and Analysis with Technology
Training and Research Centre (TTRC)
Projects Undertaken
Academic Projects:
Main Project:
Title : MODELLING AND ANALYSIS OF MULTICOPTER FRAME AND
PROPELLER
Description : The main aim of the project is to propose an air vehicle which can carry a
person with a low cost. Propeller is designed using S7075 airfoil
section. The analysis of frames done is structural analysis and a load of 600
N(apprx. 60 Kg) is applied and the analysis of propeller is done by
applying a rotational velocity of 9600 rpm.
Role Played : Acted as a team leader for a batch of four members and carried out the
complete designing and analysis of propeller.
Achievement : The project paper has been published in "IJRET(International Journal For
Research in Engineering and Technology) ISSN 2319-1163 Vol-2 Issue 4"
Mini Project:
Title : Program for calculating shear forces, reaction forces and generating
bending moment diagram for multi-point loads acting on a
Cantilever Beam
Description : This is an application of MATLAB in Mechanical discipline. We have
developed a code in MATLAB for plotting the bending moment diagram
and for calculating the shear and reaction forces of a cantilever beam when
'n' number of point loads are acting on it.
Role Played : Acted as a team leader of the project batch and carried out the coding
part.
Projects undertaken during Training at TTRC :
Design of Manifold : Manifold in general is used for equal distribution of fluid. The design is
carried out in Part Design workbench of Catia V5.
Detailing of Master Thesis Components : The different Master cylinders used in Heat
exchangers as well as IC engines are Drafted using the Drafting Workbench of Catia V5.
Design & Assembley of Heat Exchanger : The Design of different parts of Heat Exchanger such
as Shell Pipe,Pipes,Flanges,Gasket,Tubesheet,Hexagonal Nuts,HeadBolts,Tierod,Baffle is done in
PartDesign and these are assembled.
Design & Simulation of 5-cylinder Radial Engine : All the parts of the radial engine are
designed and assembled and simulation is given to it using the DMU Kinematics.
Finite Element Analysis of Axial flow turbine blades : The analysis of Axial flow Turbine
Blades is carried out using Ansys WorkBench 14.5. A difference of temperature is created by
providing temperature at different locations and the stresses caused due to this temperature
difference are founded out.
Finite Element Analysis of Centrifugal fan Impeller : The analysis of Centrifugal Fan Impeller
is carried out by applying a rotational velocity of 1450 rpm and the stresses induced are calculated.
