My name is Tim Graham and my experiences as a construction/ project management range from

strip mining, demolition, reclamation clean-up, commercial site excavation, to housing

subdivision development. I have negotiated contracts with large companies and successfully

worked with State and Federal Inspectors and The U.S. Department of the Interior (EPA).

I have hands-on experience dealing with Dept. of Mines and Minerals, Bureau of Fish and

Wildlife, Bureau of Air Quality Control, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Land Management

and Department of Natural Resources. I have worked with engineers in designing and

constructing commercial buildings, roadway and utility layouts, housing developments, water

shed and retention, EPA reclamation, as well as mine openings and haul roads.

I am experienced in operating heavy equipment, crane rigging, suction pumps, centrifuge dryers,

crushers, screening plants, Jeffery jig washer and dredging.

I have directly supervised 30+ employees in dangerous and highly stressful situations. I have

demonstrated experience in computer skills (lotus, Microsoft project, office, outlook) decision

making, problem solving, communicating, and supervision.

I have experience in Work Breakdown Structure, Estimating, Budget Value, Planned Value, Baseline Cost,

Variance to Baselines and Earned Value Management. I also have accounting experience with cost

accounting, cash flows and project coding

Currently, I am employed full-time with National Church Residences the Senior Property

Manager. I enjoy my work however am searching for a more challenging career opportunity that

better fits my experience and training.
