on the Connections end to end Service improvement project within UKPN.

To-Be Solution design to support the To-Be architecture for 35 Core and

. UBS (Swiss Bank): Worked as Project manager (Multiple projects) /
Solutions architect. Was responsible for the delivery of the highly

geographies. The project was planned based on ASAP methodology. My
responsibilities were;

. British Gas: Worked as Solution architect and was responsible for
managing and delivering solutions for the 2010-11 roadmaps. I have been
involved for solution design and high level estimations for multiple
projects involving SAP CRM, SD, ISU, SOA (PI, XI, BI, SAP CE), Sales
Force, Siebel, Oracle data bases.
Before moving in to architecture I was responsible as a Project Manager
to delivery OTC (Order to cash process) for Non-energy business (part
of Smart metering programme). The solution involved integration of SAP
SD modules integration with SAP CRM, SAP PI, SAP XI, SAP BI, FICA and
Sales Force. The functionalities configured for the fully operational
prototype was Quotation processing, Sales order processing, pricing,
Billing plans (periodic billing and mile stone billing) and partner
determination, release process for billing documents before financial
postings, revenue recognition.
SAP implementation - Jun. 2009 - Oct 2009
. Southern Water: Worked as Project manager / Release manager / Program
manager. I was responsible for the delivery of the enhancements in back
office, finance processes within FI-CO, UK HR & Payroll, Travel &
Expense, ESS / MSS, BI and SRM. The project was delivered by adopting a
hybrid of Agile and Waterfall model. My responsibilities were;
* Coordinate for the completion of HLD, collate effort estimates,
detailing the high level plan based on the rationalized effort
estimates, detailing the resourcing requirements.
* Produce and maintain the overall project milestone plan for the
cluster.
* Steering group engagement during monthly governance meetings
* Development, documentation and management of appropriate governance
and professional standards, processes and templates to ensure

SAP implementation - Oct. 2008 - May 2009
. City of Cambridge / City of Sudbury: Worked as Customer service (SAP-
ISU) lead to map the processes for Electricity (based on OEB
regulations) and Water supply with in Ontario, Canada. This project was
a rollout of the solution developed for another company London Hydro
using the same template solution and also within the same server. As a
lead for customer service, my responsibility was to engage business
stakeholders to indentify the fit and gaps for the City Of Cambridge
and City of Sudbury, with reference to the template solution developed
for London Hydro. The processes involved Move-In/Out processes for
various service types (Electricity & Water), Interfaces with industry
partners through EDI messaging, exception management (EMMA cases),
industry flows based on OEB template, master data template and EDI.
Other activities were coordinating with the data migration team and
business key stake holders to plan and prepare for all the dependent
migration objects, train the trainer (Super user training).
SAP Implementation: June 2005 - Oct. 2008
. British Gas: I have worked as ISU / CRM lead for solution design (HLD
and detailed design) for multiple releases. The design changes were
related to Sales & customer acquisition process, contract management,
Contract renewal and upgrade process, action profile, date profile,
status management, Customer interaction centre, Organization
determination, partner determination, Move-In/Out, Contract renewal,
IDEX processes involving EDI data exchange with third parties industry
partners, exception management, Master data template (MDT), PME and
IPC. The key activities were Solutioning the requirements, and its
impact assessment, validating the business processes against the L4
processes / business requirements of client, conduct workshops for
demonstrating business processes within SAP to the key stake holders.
Analysing process issues, configuration fixes and providing support for
legacy data migration and cut over (Release implementation).
SAP Implementation: Aug 2005 - May 2005
. Nestle Waters: Worked as lead in Change management area for
implementation of role profiles based on Globe template rollout
project. This also includes part of the change management activities
like identifying and mapping existing market positions with Global Job
Catalogue, identifying organizational change impacts on account of
Responsibility and accountability changes and new ways of working so
that the new and existing responsibilities could be translated down in
terms of Roles and proper roles allocation could be done for the
concerned employees.

. National Grid/ Transco: Worked as Customer service lead Consultant for
testing of functionalities in Enquiry and Complaints (functional area
of IS-Utilities / Customer Service), which involved scripting and
testing (Component and Integration) of around 160 RIFE (Reports, Forms,
Extensions, inbound and outbound interfaces (to interface with industry
partners using EDI messaging) with Sea beyond as middle ware Interfaces
through IX interface and Portal) in 5 project releases. I was also
responsible for the delivery of Integration tests and Roles testing for
all the functional areas involving a peak team size of 30+ consultants.

. Novartis Pharmaceuticals: Worked as SAP SD consultant (SAP SD
functional designer) to deliver OTC (Order to cash) solution for two
companies with in Novartis group. This engagement was a Global
implementation project with pilot project for India and subsequent
rollout projects planned for other countries within APAC to be followed
in Bangladesh and other countries based on the prototype being
developed for India. Project was implemented with SAP SD module's
integration with MM, PP-PI, Lean ware house Management (Logistics
Execution - LE), Finance, CO-PA, PCA. Processes involved MTO, MTS
scenarios involving.
