Duties included desktop production, edit and technical authoring of a
wide variety of documentation for print and Internet delivery (owner
manuals, technical bulletins, installation sheets, technical service
bulletins). Worked closely with client subject matter experts to
produce documents that adhere to established specifications. Produced
finished text, type, layout, art and graphics for deliverables using
XML Editor (Arbotext), Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.

Duties included the creation, modification, and maintenance of all
technical documentation (SOPs, Department Work Instructions,
Specifications, Handbooks, Manuals, Forms and other publications) per
Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) submitted by Product and
Manufacturing Engineers. Programs used were: MSWord, Excel and
Interleaf/Broadvision. This position also included proofreading,
editing, and grammar for usage and consistency within the document.
Assisted in the conversion of Interleaf documents, which ranged from
one page, to several hundred pages into MSWord or Excel. Worked
