Assigned to control the new installation projects related to the

As a member of the factory project reception team, I was responsible to

control the installation and the reception of the utility systems by:

Verify the complete electrical installation of the BMS system which are:

Create the method of the reception and apply it with the supplier to

achieve the best results

Alerton BACtalk control system.

Communication and networking of the system.

Instrumentation testing (motorized valves, sensors, motor drivers, VLC

packing line made in 1990 from the old F-Z control to SIEMENS step7 400

controllers.

Achievements:

. Installing new Electrical Cabinet with new controller and entire

o CPU power supply.

o Ks800 heaters controllers.

o Main inverter for the main motors of the Machines.

direction of rotation of the main motors and all other motors (AC and

brushless), loading the parameters for the inverters, adjusting the

sensitivity and the positioning of the sensors, testing the

thermocouples and testing the heaters to avoid wrong wiring and ensure

correct positioning.

that is working correctly by checking:

o Correct Machine phases and steps.

o Shift register for product rejection.
