- Performs sub-contractor safety site orientation training and auditing

- Successfully managed and completed a ten day coal fired power plant maintenance outage as a Safety Engineer with zero recordable injuries with oversight of 500 personnel from eight separate sub-contractors and Duke Energy staff personnel

- Zero lost time accidents or recordable injuries during my four year tenure as HSE Manager at Submarine Base San Diego

- Managed all explosive handling (magazine & pier) with oversight inspections and procedural compliance audits.

- Gas Free Engineer – ensure safe entry to spaces aboard ship - Permit required Confined Space

- Managed the design and construction of a small arms range resulting in substantial cost

savings for the US Navy training budget.

- Established an Explosive Safety Loading Officer Qualification and Certification program;
