of equipment.

Develop department strategy, vision and structure of construction's contract
& equipment.
Manage bid package process for procurement of all construction related
supplies and vendors for equipment and services.
Prepare a project equipment install control plan in accordance with project
and construction manager requirements for inclusion in the projects control
plan.

Initiated the purchasing department. Created the purchase order and purchase
requisition templates and processes during the construction phase
Initiated the accounting department as employees were brought on board to
ensure no delays in payments
Created and managed the contract and change order templates that were used
throughout the construction and administration phases
Reported directly to the Vice President of Construction and also worked
closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and the
Controller
