Provide daily/weekly progress reports on all pending projects. Projects may
Include work in the following areas: HVAC, masonry, concrete, structural framing,
roofing, electrical, plumbing and interior/exterior repair. As superintendent, I am
also tasked with the job of Quality Control Manager on many projects. In this role
in this role, my responsibilities include making sure that projects are preformed
according to plan specifications, within budget, and within project schedule. Providing
staff members with a safe work environment is another key task of Quality Control
Manager. Quality control reports are provided to the Government on a daily basis.
Essential Duties as SSHO:
Ensure compliance with all company standard operating procedures, written safety
policies and regulatory requirements. Review accidents and incidents to determine
cause and implement plans to prevent reoccurrence. Conduct job site safety and
environmental audits which includes the completion and/or corrective actions taken.
Administration of the workers compensation insurance program, which includes
ensuring proper medical treatment, maintaining the status of their injuries, minimizing
the cost of treatment, obtaining releases from treating physicians and coordinating an
early return to work. Administer the Safety Awareness Program to ensure a safety
culture among the work force. Reviews, recommends and conducts continued training
and education of employees in safe and efficient work methods.
Maintain Safety Statistic for areas of responsibilities. Assume other duties as assigned
& Maintain OSHA 30.

Over 10 years experience in construction project supervision, quality control and
site safety management.

2008 – 2009 Tesoro Corporation – Supintendent/Q.C/SSHO
Coordinated the construction of 16 handicap ramps and 8 transitions while conforming
to strict tolerances and ADA guide lines. Effectively controlled costs through
economical utilization of personal, materials and equipment.
2007 TMS Environmental – Superintendent/Q.C./SSHO
Orchestrated the removal of JP-5 fuel lines at Cherry Point MCCS. This was executed
on the flight line while ensuring employee safety. Communicate effectively with all
parties to avoid any conflicts in scheduling.
2004-2007 Humphrey Mechanical - Equipment operator/Site Safety Officer
Monitored job site to ensure a safe working environment. Effectively blended
management skills with technical expertise.
I also was a superintendent for two other contractors on Camp Lejeune, both these
were contract positions. Before moving to NC, I was a superintendent/Q.C/SSHO for
AA Frankenfield Contracting in NJ. For 6 years
