Mission Provider Services, Inc. (1/13-Present) Caring for mentally disabled

adults. Assist/monitor/teach individuals with preparation of daytime activities;

encourage good personal hygiene, and behavior appropriate in their home. I had

earned my Medical Certification to administer psychotropic drugs and was also

Gastronomy Tube certified for our G-tube patients.

Love Apparent (7/12-9/12) Caring for elderly, sick or disabled individuals in

assisted living. Escorting to and from meals, doing laundry, and giving showers.

Wheeler Construction (1/07-12/12) Bookkeeping, Hauling lumber, making dump

rounds, site clean-up, painting, etc.

West Coast Marketing(5/08-6-10) Bookkepping, Data Entry, Marketing,

ShippingRecieving, Inventory, Errands.

Education:

I am a 2010 graduate. I went to University Preparatory School majoring in College

Prep and Advanced Placement courses. I am proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and

Internet Research.

Achievements:

Joe Hudson Award/given to students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, show

community involvement and citizenship. All Tournament Palyer Award. Honor

Roll. Medical and Gastronomy Tube Certifications. CPR certified.

About Me: Articulate, Professional, Mature, Enthusiastic, and personable. I am 19

years old and have reliable means of transportation. I am a sports fanatic and have

played basketball, volleyball (All Tournament Player), and softball so i have a

strong background for teamwork, team building, mentoring, ethics, and

sportsmanship.
