Study the location and orientation of the plot. Project study analyses.

Creating initial concept design as masses in options.

Design layouts of all the floors including area calculations/units break down.

Development the layouts and masses to be more efficient. Leading team to get

the final concept design drawings.

Coordinate with MEP department the required services as per the regulations.
