months experience as acting Assistant Property Managers.

tenants on a weekly basis. Survey properties for repair and talk to tenants in regards to their lease, rent
questions, any repairs in their suites and any concerns they may have.
• AVID and MRI accounting, prepare monthly reports, variance reports, accrual, financial and aging
reports. Monitor and request Certificate of Insurance from doctors and vendors. Responsible for
collection of rents, call or write in regards to notices of defaults in rent or lease agreements.
• Conducted floor warden training in 13 story high rise medical office building.
• Available 24-7 for emergency calls and service calls.

insurance coverage’s as needed. Process court demands for insurance coverage’s. Worked with various
employers to enroll their employees into various medical, dental and vision plans.
• Respond to employee benefit questions. Enrollment of employees into the union, collected dues, medical
and pension payments and billed for these services. Add dependants verify eligibility, monitoring
accounts send Cobra letters to eligible employees, follow HIPPA Laws when handling confidential files.
• AR/AP and Quick books. Process payments for benefits, balance receivables, bank deposits, run monthly
reports, process and mail statements. Applied payments to the proper departments.
• Front Desk relief, heavy phones, filing, office supply ordering, envelopes, special form papers, paper
products and order all information/pamphlets to give to employees in regards to their choice of medical,
dental and vision services. Operate and run the mail room with various machines, envelope stuffers, mass
mailing postal machines, monitor postage meters, call for service for computers and mail room machines.
