OZGUL TURAN AND ASSOCIATES - PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - August 2013 -

Present

. First Canadian Title (3 month Contract) - Assignment involved managing

two large in-flight projects in a fast-paced environment. Implemented

Cisco Calabrio Call recording solution at call a center of 300 agents

and completed phase I of Business Intelligence & DataWarehousing

project that involved datamart design, data feed setup, data

governance, and web based dashboard development on MicroStrategy

platform using Agile methodology. Re-created schedules, budgets and

resource plans in less than three weeks. Managed vendor relationships.

Delivered comprehensive presentations to steering committees on a

weekly basis. Accelerated project delivery cycle by effectively

tailoring the standard project delivery method to the unique needs of

streams. Developed alternative delivery models that addressed business

Management (IAM) solution, leveraging Oracle suite of products.

Completed data integration between IAM and SAP, Active Directory (AD),

MS Exchange, BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), and Facilities

Management System (FMS). Launched both web-based and mobile self-

service password reset (SSPR) and New Hire Provisioning (NHP)

applications. Established business and support processes for change

intake, release management, change management, incident reporting,

system administration ownership and ongoing maintenance. Managed

contracting process, vendor relations, and vendor deliverables. Led

global employee communication. Budget: $9M, Team Size: 40.

. Upgraded enterprise MS Communicator to MS Lync 2010 on BlackBerry

global network without any service disruption to 16000 users. Set-up

Lync federation with partners and carriers. Launched Lync group chat

as a new enterprise application and decommissioned off-support

infrastructure. Budget: $500K, Team Size: 10.

. Completed parity analysis to build the service support foundations for

internal adoption of new generation BlackBerry Z10. Developed the

program strategy, framed-up sub-projects and wrote scope statements

for each of the individual projects. Budget: $200K, Team Size: 5.

. Upgraded EDW/BI infrastructure, improved platform performance,

increased capacity and scalability.

. Provided subject matter expertise on ePMO projects to customize

enterprise resource management tools and processes.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Symcor, Mississauga- April 2007 - February 2011

. Reporting directly to Chief Technology Officer, led a team of 5 R&D

professionals, 5 designers, 3 Business Analysts, 8 developers and 4

testers to develop an enterprise application as a Scrum Master.

Applied Scrum Agile Methodology to run daily scrum meetings, led

release and sprint planning sessions, conducted sprint reviews/sprint

retrospective. Resolved technology and resource bottlenecks throughout

the development cycle, managed offshore vendor relationships, and

project budget. Delivered a high quality enterprise scale duplicate

document detection application within 6 months. Budget: $1.5M, Team

. Managed off shoring of ATM Balancing operations. Maintained strong

relationship with technology and business stakeholders as well as 3rd

parties offshore. Ensured compliance with extensive internal and

external audit requirements. Completed transition of the business two
