Train employees at inspection and repair of all incoming veneer. Technical

trouble-shooting of machinery and material, set-up and organized department

for 5 S/Lean manufacturing. Inspect all incoming material (i.e. veneer, plastic laminate).

Interview all potential employees for department.

2005-2012 Panel / Veneer Dept. Manager

Diverse responsibilities included setting up the entire veneer/panel department, which

included the rebuilding of several machines. Managing and training all personnel in

veneer and panel fabrication and blue print reading. Scheduling all panel and veneer

production on a daily basis. Coordinating with project managers on all veneer requirements

and aspects pertaining to their projects. Doing veneer take-offs, selection and allocation of all
