OBJECTIVE
My career goal is to leverage my business acumen and manufacturing experience as in
Production Operations Management to drive a successful manufacturing operation! I have a
successful track record in taking over manufacturing teams that suffered from low output, quality
issues and work ethic. I was able to use my experience and background in team and individual
building that helped identify key individuals, strong leaders, and employees that I could empower
and convince them to play key roles in molding others to work for the success of the business and
the team.
I was recruited to LM Gear Anderson Cook by a Plant Manager familiar with my work and
success in team building and professionalism. I now find it necessary to find employment close
to home and assist my family in caring for my elderly father who is ill.
