Heil Environmental - Production Supervisor (Paint & DPDC)

Manage a team of 60 employees that range from the Paint and touch up department and the DPDC
department. Responsibilities include completing weekly status reports for upper management and
corporate directors. Creating unit schedules and ensuring all orders are met within the specified delivery
time according to Purchase Order obligation. Responsible for seeing all units through the line are
complete, meet all required state regulation and corporate specs and are built to meet the standard of
100% accuracy to Purchase Order and customer satisfaction. Report the status of all production,
manpower and inventory to management on a daily basis. Monthly inventory counts of all inventories
within the Paint and touch up areas. Daily assessment of all employees following proper safety and
corporate regulations and conduct training for anyone who requires additional training for OSHA, State,
Federal and or corporate regulations, policies and procedures. Ensure Quality Control is being met at all

Victory Sweepers - Production/Operations Manager

Managed a team of line workers, inventory specialist and warranty workers for the following
Sweeper Production units: Liberty, R4, Liberty R6 Mark 1, Mark 2 and T-5 Pull behind.
Worked closely with the owner on purchases for unit production, monthly budgets and
forecasting. Involved in trade in deals for repair, maintenance, resale and backlog status.
Responsible for reviewing new design specs to ensure optimal operation, quality and
performance. Worked closely with design engineer for any upgrades and changes required on
existing and new production models. Implemented weekly reporting tools for production,
delivery and warranty repair work for all units. Ensure all OSHA, state and federal regulations
are met every day. Responsibilities also included day to day involvement with all sales associates
to ensure accuracy of Purchase orders, unit requirements and delivery schedules. Managed and
scheduled all warranty repairs and customer interaction to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Designed a prototype console for the Liberty R4 & Liberty R6, drew schematic and started In
House production of console for company cost savings and design patent. Job duties also
included, Mig welding of parts added to bare chassis, painting units in production, applied all
company and unit decals to all units in production. Implemented a procedure to Line X all
bumpers and parts In House for cost savings and schedule constraints. Set up and maintained all
assembly lines for complete production of all types of units.

Supervised paint department. Supervised Fab, Weld and Assembly departments when designated
supervisor was absent. Reported production schedule and identified any risks or issues with production,
assembly or costs to upper management. Responsible for maintaining and reconciling all inventories for
paint shop. Worked with sales associates to ensure accuracy and delivery of all units. Job duties also
included painting, welding and assembly of all units. In this position I worked my way up from a painter
in the paint shop to a Supervisory / Management position. I had complete oversight of all departments and
helped to maintain and manage all production from bare chassis to delivery to customer.
