Pega India - Pega Global Customer Support (product support) is a customer facing team under Pega Engineering. As part of GCS Solutions team,
I closely work with Professional Services and Partners to better understand and deliver world class solutions i.e., from Inception phase of Project to
Go Live to all high-profile customers.

Project Name : Benefit Access Portal
Customer is based in United States, they had requirement to develop end-to-end Employee Benefit Access portal. Here user can select their Stock Options and
Exercise their Grants. We integrated our portal with 3rd party application to redeem their Grants online.
Developed SOAP Connector and wrote Parsing rules along with Unit Test cases.
Designed the Portal and Intuitive layout for better access to the products.
Worked with Testing team to validate the test cases.
Provided consulting to development team to fix the bugs quickly to meet targets.
Semantifi® – A Web based BI platform by Execue Inc (Startup Company)
Description: Semantifi is a web based Business Intelligence Platform, which provides BI services to the third party client by extract their data and
organizing into inter-related data cubes, Which will be used to answer queries given by user in English language queries.
The scope of the module was to develop new UI for the Query Interface module and correspondingly implementing Java module to process the
query. Query Module is the main user interface of the Semantifi Web application. Query Interface is used to generate queries – here we have many
sub-modules like Where Clause, Metrics Query Snapshot, XML Generation.

Description: DRB will facilitate the controlled storage and retrieval of engineering design documents and relevant data for all GE Infrastructure,
replacing existing tools that perform the same function within each business.
The scope of the project included the ability to search for articles or folders based on their metadata & work flow automation in term of granting
access for Export controlled Sensitive Data. In addition, the user may search for articles based on the content of the article attachments. The search
criteria will include all metadata fields and will be presented in a Quick Search screen for commonly searched fields and an Advanced Search screen
listing all fields. Users will have ability to Save, Edit and Delete search queries.

Description: The Caregain DCP (Defined-Care Platform) was created to develop and maintain consumer-driven health plans. Using this platform,
healthcare companies can provide the newest alternative to customary health care coverage for their clients and their employees.
The scope of the project included enhancing existing DCP Caregain, by improving the Eligibility process. In the existing system, processing each
XML by DCP Batch Task Master is taking lot of time and affecting the DCP eligibility process. By new Eligibility XML Bulking process instead of
processing individual XMLs, in the new process XMLs would be bulked and then processed hence by reducing the turnaround time.

Description: SBI-Life is using INDIGO XO application, developed using Graph Talk. This system supports the day to day operations viz., policy
issuance, underwriting, premium deduction, Switching, commission, servicing and other miscellaneous activities.
This Module captures the Notification details, the documents requested from the claimant and change the status from In Force to Death Claim
Intimated. In the current system, in order to register a claim in XO, the user has to select all the Documents that have been requested from the
claimant as received - irrespective of the documents being received and then Accept / Reject the claim – without having taken the decision. Only on
doing this does the Policy status changes from In Force to Death Claim Intimated. If this process is not followed, the status will remain as In Force
and the Premium Notices, Lapsation Letters, etc will be automatically dispatched to the claimants.
