Provided technical consulting of new assembly machines for a $3.5 M
tracheotomy care project, at the mill in Magdalena, Mexico. Oversaw parts
of the acquisition process and provided technical support. Directed
equipment builds in three divisions; providing technical support for the
building, debugging and the factory acceptance testing (FAT) of 5 machines.

Nogales/Magdalena Technical Support
2004 - 2008
Led operations support and maintenance in the Magdalena Mill (Mexico);
responded to all technical needs of the transition team while moving
equipment to both the Magdalena and Nogales Mill; defined power
requirements and provided technical support for the two mills. Supported
equipment validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) during the transition process.
. Led the training for the technical personnel of Magdalena for a
year. Designed developed, and delivered all aspects of the
technical training program.
. Created the support structure for the Magdalena technical team also
provided the support.
. Initiated (first time in K&C history) the creation of tactical
manuals (Spanish Version) for incoming Mexican personnel. Tested
and observed their learning: ability to operate, troubleshoot, and
repair the equipment.
. Designed parts as needed, and created a spare parts list for the
different equipment at the two mills.
. Developed a technical support and resources network for both of the
mills.

. Led and organized the install teams as part of the transition to
