After new products were tested and approved, monitor
batches using Process Guard and Aspen Process Explorer
historical data to insure process measurements were within
tolerance.
Monitor and troubleshoot instrument controls with Process
Guard and Aspen Process Explorer software.
Program process recipes into Siemens and GSE D-3 DCS
systems.
Facilitated continuous improvement projects using Kaizen,
Flow, Mistake Proofing, Work Place Organization Visual
Control, Sub Process Mapping, and Apollo Root Cause
methodologies. Certified in Six Sigma green belt
