. Lead the support of all created financial models and pricing in response

to Contact Center RFP's for North American contact origination included

. Supporting pricing and financial modeling for the English speaking world

WAHA), UK, South Africa, Philippines, India, Jamaica, Singapore,

. The creation of financial models included support for new business

opportunities, contract renewals, reorganization and re-pricing in many

global and domestic locations.

. Developed a more comprehensive, detailed and powerful financial model

while simplifying the presentation and review of the actual financial

review.

. Support projecting/forecasting, budget and long-range planning based on

changes orders, new programs won and/or contract renewals.

. Reviewed RFPs, SOWs and legal-contacts to ensure that business

requirements are correctly represented in pricing/financial and modeling

September 2006 - January 2009 Xerox - Affiliated Computer

Services, Inc. (ACS) Sandy, UT

Financial Modeling Supervisor

Recruited to drive better financial reporting for a large Commercial Group

within ACS, a Xerox company. Very quickly I moved into the financial

reporting company. Here I developed financial models for new Business

Development opportunity due to RFPs, RFQ's, Change Requests and renewals.

The financial models were use to drive the actual price delivered to the

client and were aligned with go forward projections. With further

development I was promoted over a group with approximate annual recurring

revenue of $800 million. Here I lead a team of financial modelers, both

remotely within the US, nearshore and at the actual site, in the same

manner to focus on over delivery of time lines, winning solutions all while

protecting the financial operations of the organization. I facilitated a

team of analysts that created financial models/forecasts for new business

opportunities, contract renewals, reorganization and re-pricing for many

B2B, global and domestic operations for both BPO Backoffice and Contact

Centers.

. Supporting pricing and financial modeling for the US Marketplace with

primary support in the US, Philippines, Mexico, Dominican Republic, India,

Ghana and Guatemala.

. Review RFP's and SOW's documents to ensure that the business requirements

are correctly represented in financial models.

. Interact with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Client

to develop accurate models and receive necessary approvals to provide the

Client with competitive pricing.

. Develop financial modeling tools to improve modeling process.

. Review model accuracy compared to actual P&L's to evaluate the success of

modeling process and identify areas of improvement.

. Discuss operating results and forecasts with management to provide them

with a clear understanding of the company's financial progress.

September 2005 - January 2006 Utah State Courts

Revenue Manager/Budget and Accounting Officer

Recruited to sustain and develop new affective process in revenue

management for the entire State of Utah District and Juvenile courts. Here

I lead a team of accountants to properly monitor, reconcile, enter, create

and roll-up for State level reporting. I created special reports based on

ad hoc requests for analysis for properly guided management decisions.

. Revenue monitoring, reconciliation, and roll-up for the State of Utah's

entire District and Juvenile court system.

. Managed monthly close in two in-house developed accounting/finance

applications; performed audits to test and verify financial data,

including appropriate cost allocations.

. Create, analyze, and monitor special fund financial reports while

preparing detailed revenue plans for multiple revenue generating lines.

. Manage and facilitate all bank card merchant accounts for Utah State

Courts.
