Financial Modeling Supervisor
Recruited to drive better financial reporting for a large Commercial Group
within ACS, a Xerox company. Very quickly I moved into the financial
reporting company. Here I developed financial models for new Business
Development opportunity due to RFPs, RFQ's, Change Requests and renewals.
The financial models were use to drive the actual price delivered to the
client and were aligned with go forward projections. With further
development I was promoted over a group with approximate annual recurring
revenue of $800 million. Here I lead a team of financial modelers, both
remotely within the US, nearshore and at the actual site, in the same
manner to focus on over delivery of time lines, winning solutions all while
protecting the financial operations of the organization. I facilitated a
team of analysts that created financial models/forecasts for new business
opportunities, contract renewals, reorganization and re-pricing for many
B2B, global and domestic operations for both BPO Backoffice and Contact

Recruited to sustain and develop new affective process in revenue
management for the entire State of Utah District and Juvenile courts. Here
I lead a team of accountants to properly monitor, reconcile, enter, create
and roll-up for State level reporting. I created special reports based on
ad hoc requests for analysis for properly guided management decisions.
