hospitals. Allocate funding for proposals for project work and meet with
contractors and engineers to oversee all capital projects. Coordinate shutdowns
for tie ins and replacements of equipment. Infrastructures include electrical,
mechanical, HVAC special ventilation, elevator modernizations and capitol funded
projects. Research new technologies and applications to improve processes. Act
as Quality Control liaison for projects to assure compliance with hospital

Recently served on 5 committees with corporate safety and infection prevention
and building design guidelines that provide weekly inspections in clinical and
construction areas for EOC and ICRA audits. Also served in master facility
planning and building design guidelines committee as well as developing the
ARC Flash committee and was certified in 2010.
In time of tenure, I have developed working relationships and contacts with nearly
all approved hospital vendors, engineers and contractors and work directly with
our contract engineers to develop and design projects that are deemed necessary
by facility assessments of our systems. Assure all permitting by city guidelines,
