Introduction to Deborah Webb Bellesfield:
I have worked at Roosevelt Warm Springs since March of 2004 and I’ve loved nearly every minute.
I find it rewarding to be a part of an organization that does so much for people with many different
kinds of disabilities and cultural backgrounds. In their achievements, I find hope and gratitude.
Perhaps it is having a Masters in the Humanities that makes me love the history of the facility. I
take great pride in knowing that many generations have gone before us to eradicate Polio in this
country and continue to help people from all walks of life.
So, with all the happiness that I find in my career, why would I be looking for another job?
In March 2013 I married a man who works in Auburn and we have just closed on a house in West
Point. Therefore, I want to work in close proximity to our home.
More specifically, I'm looking for more than a job. I'm looking for an environment where there is a
team spirit and servant leadership.
Sincerely,
Deborah Webb Bellesfield
